I reserved this hotel because I needed to stay for 2 night with late check-in just in case and not high price , and I prefer selfcheck-in system. I saw not very good reviews about Kubik hotel, but I decided to try my luck. First of all, you need to download the special app. And after all, it was very simple, comfortable to use. I really estimated this system. 1. Owner - amazing person, he helped me with any questions I'd asked. and very fast. So I disagree with people who complained that nobody is in hotel. He works with hotel, renovate rooms and roof, unfortunatelly, I couldn't use the roof because of renovation at that moment. 2. location - exellent, in the city centre, but on the calm street, nearest the main square and old town, a lot of shops, bakery is in the next building, there are supermarkets nearby. 3. hotel - very good smell everywhere, comfortable room, equipped all necessary thing, very clean, not very specious but it's not cramped as many people write. There is the fridge in the main hall. So I repeat that I disagree with majority negative people's review. It's perfect comfortable hotel with perfect location

We liked everything: since the check in (although the app isnt that good, but Juan saved us asap) until our check out. A big equiped Room, with Air condition, bathroom, window and even coffee. The hostel is very clean, the staff is really welcoming - the best! Its in the old town, close to everything.

Guiamadruga

The flat is all you need for a quick overnight stay in Central Caceres, really ideal but basic facilities. The location is perfect, few mins walk to the car park and main square.
